York’s got one, Harrogate’s got one… and now folks, Leeds is about to get one. The Ivy is coming to Leeds.

The Ivy Collection is set to return to mighty Yorkshire with the opening of a new brasserie in Leeds this autumn and here’s a little sneak preview of what it is going to look like:

the Ivy Leeds

I don’t know about you, but I’m a little bit excited!

The Ivy Victoria Quarter will be situated within the renowned Victoria Quarter arcade which has established itself over the last 100 years as a well-known destination for fashion and style. Open seven days a week, from dawn until dusk, the brasserie will offer Leeds residents, businesses, shoppers and visitors a selection of all-encompassing menus, serving breakfast, brunch, lunch, afternoon tea, light snacks and dinner, as well as a host of specially-crafted cocktails.

Key dishes from the breakfast menu will include avocado and spinach Benedict and hot buttermilk pancakes, while the all-day menu – available from 11.30am until late – will feature delights including whole baked sea bass with baby plum tomatoes, fennel, Nocellara olives and a caper and shallot dressing, brioche crumbed chicken Milanese and The Ivy shepherd’s pie.

The brasserie will be split across two floors and feature the main restaurant itself, two terraces and a central bar, offering a relaxed yet sophisticated dining destination for those looking for everything from a coffee or quick bite to eat, a stylish working lunch, celebratory meal or a place to relax and unwind following a day visiting the brasserie’s neighbouring shops and boutiques.

As with sister sites The Ivy Harrogate and The Ivy St Helen’s Square, the critically-acclaimed Martin Brudnizki Design Studio is consulting on the brasserie’s interiors. Notable features will include an onyx bar, pendant lighting, marble floor tiles, polished parquet panel flooring and leather banquettes – all creating a stylish, yet laid-back environment for all-day dining.

Laura Bamber, Area Manager at The Ivy Victoria Quarter, says: “We’re very excited to be opening a brasserie in one of Leeds’ most iconic shopping and leisure destinations. Leeds is such a vibrant location, with an ever-changing food and drinks scene, and we can’t wait to become a part of this cosmopolitan city when we open our doors this autumn.”

The Ivy Collection is a group of restaurants, brasseries and cafés, established in London and now growing regionally across the UK, offering accessible, all-day dining for locals and visitors alike. Each location is carefully handpicked to value, reflect and add to the local area.
